Individual Therapy + Clinical Coaching for Young Adults and Adolescents in NYC
How I Work
I provide individual therapy and clinical coaching for young adults and adolescents navigating addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges.
In therapy, we work to better understand patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for navigating stress, urges, relationships, and difficult situations.
I also offer clinical coaching for clients seeking additional support outside of weekly therapy sessions. Coaching may include meeting in clients’ environments, incorporating movement such as walks in the park, and extending therapeutic support beyond the office in ways that help strengthen recovery, structure, and day-to-day functioning.
Some clients work with me in therapy, some in coaching, and some in both. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in helping clients build structure, accountability, and meaningful change.

About
I got sober at 21, and my experience with addiction and recovery continues to shape how I work with clients.
Early in recovery, I lived in sober living and was surrounded by people who modeled accountability, support, and a different way of living. That experience shaped how I think about change and recovery.
My own recovery was shaped not only by therapy, but by structure, sober community, supportive relationships, and movement. Those experiences continue to influence the way I approach treatment and care.
I later worked in sober living and at addiction and mental health treatment centers across New York City, providing therapy and clinical coaching for young adults and adolescents.
I earned my Master’s from NYU Silver School of Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC).
My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens both inside and outside the therapy room. I’m interested not only in what we explore in sessions, but how those patterns shape relationships, identity, recovery, and daily life.
While therapy remains the foundation of my work, I also recognize that some clients benefit from therapeutic support that extends beyond the therapy office through additional structure, support, and guidance outside of weekly sessions. I work collaboratively with clients to build a practical path forward that supports insight, growth, and meaningful change.
